A deposit is required upon reservation. A deposit in the amount of the first night’s stay will be charged at time of reservation for multiple night stays. A $50 deposit is required for one night reservations. All reservations must be confirmed with a credit card guarantee.
Reservations and rates are confirmed based upon your length of stay.
Some dates and times of the year have minimum stay requirements.
Changing reservations or length of stay after initial reservation may change the rate and/or availability of rooms.
Children 9 years and older are welcome in the main house. Children under 9 years are welcome in the townhouse only.
Small and medium dogs are welcome in our special room designed just for our furry friends: Ground floor room with dog door and fenced side yard. Please call to check the availability of the dog friendly room. ONLY ONE ROOM in the main house is dog friendly. Dog fee: One time $20.00

Balloon Fiesta Cancellation Policy: 50% of total stay is required at time of reservation. Cancellations received 30 days or more in advance of arrival date will be refunded the deposit, less a $100 cancellation fee. Cancellations received within 30 days of arrival date forfeit their deposit.
Reservations cancelled more than 10 days in advance of arrival date will be refunded their deposit, less a $25 processing fee. Cancellations received less than 10 days in advance of arrival date forfeit their deposit, or receive a voucher to apply toward a future stay.
Departure prior to your scheduled departure date will constitute a cancellation and the full amount of original reservation will be charged.
